Energetic massages
The massages induce a deep sense of relaxation and help restore physical balance and emotional harmony.
I use natural products:
- organic first cold pressed sesame oil;
- organic essential oils;
- rose hydrolate.
I give the following energetic massages in my geodesic dome in Alaigne. I can also come to your gîte in the surrounding area (Limoux, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary) for at least two massages. Travel fee according to distance.
Tui Na
A Chinese massage which harmonizes the body’s energy flow and enhances relaxation. Specific manual techniques are used such as pressure, kneading, stimulation of the meridian lines, rubbing and wave movements. These help to relieve tension and promote vitality.

Foot reflexology
The sole of the foot hosts lots of points and areas related to organs and parts of the body. A sustained massage on those points and areas alleviates pain and enhances the body’s healing abilities. It also balances the nervous system while bringing the focus down to the roots.

Chi Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang literally means « working the energy of the internal organs ».
This treatment is a collaboration between your breathing and my touch.
It is based on listening to and validating the inner sensations of the belly in order to better digest, physically and emotionally.

Detox
A massage alternating manual and cupping techniques.
When the energy flow slows down, the blood and lymph flow also do. Therefore, colloidal or crystalloid wastes build up. It is as if a river flow is hindered at some spots which leads to rubbish piling up on its shores.
The cups, with a suction and loosening power and movement, activate the lymph and blood systems as well as oxygenate the body cells. The flow is released. Tissues unclog. You feel light again !
